What is AfroPunktification?
AfroPunktification is a radical concept that resists the norm—by which I mean anyone actively pop culture— as it has since its very inception of fighting the powers.
In a word, rebelliousness. It’s a sensibility that prizes skepticism of, and revolt against, any form of authority and anything that might constitute a status quo.
Fashion functions are in this realm of “status quo” It requires an environmental, political protests—particularly anarchist. I’m proposing this project in a historically context and related to the DADA Movement. Also referred to as “AfroPunkNation”
